- Outreach program to youth in crisis, connecting them to resources and services, and promoting their safety, stability, and full potential.- Mobile Youth Outreach Center: Provides virtual support and 1:1 in-person mobile intervention to meet immediate basic needs including health food, gender affirming clothing, resources for harm reduction and safety planning, assessments and referrals, and case management.
