A library service available to rural residents, homebound individuals, and those who live in a city without a public library.?? Service features: - Assisting with requests and receiving materials from other libraries through Interlibrary Loan - Encouraging engagement and learning through multi-age summer and winter programs - Issuing and updating patron library cards - Lending and mailing books, audiobooks on CD, and videos on DVD - Mailing two printed catalogs listing new additions to the collections to patrons
