Provides city services, including:- Administration: Is responsible for implementing council policies, coordinating elections, licensing, data practices, records retention, the city newsletter, cable access channel, electronic information sign, and the city's website.- Building department: Is responsible for issuing building permits, inspections, and certificates of occupancy for all building projects within the city limits.- Finance: Is responsible for accounting, auditing, receipts, and disbursements, cash management, investing city funds, administering payroll, and special assessments.- Public works: Provides for the operation and maintenance of the city's infrastructure systems.
