Eligibility

Severely injured post-9/11 veterans and their immediate families who meet all of the following:- Military status: Retired or in the process of medical retirement from military service- VA grant eligibility: Have received a letter of eligibility for the VA Specially Adapted Housing (SAH) grant program- Homeownership readiness: Can accept the responsibilities of homeownership and have the resources to maintain a home, including ongoing maintenance, property taxes, insurance, and utilities
