Eligibility

Serves Southeast Asian, East African refugees and immigrants with low incomes: (Burma, Cambodian, Hmong, Karen Laotian, Vietnamese, Somali, Ethiopian, Oromo). Serves Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott and Washington counties.

Application/registration form driver's license/state picture ID permanent resident card or I-94 card Social Security Card/number Medical Assistance card Medicare card proof of household income referral form

Hours

8:30 am - 5 pm Monday - Friday. Exception may be considered for youth and students who may need to come to SEARCH's office after working hours.
