Homebuyer Initiated Program (HIP): Participants receive two grants: one for down payment and closing costs, and one for (suburban Ramsey County - open real estate market) to help purchase and rehab a home in Ramsey County. Note: Rondo CLT has also moved buildings slated for demolition to vacant lots for rehabilitation and resale, and built new homes. Visit the website for any updates on these programs.
