Eligibility
Based on the value of the resources and estate of the deceased and the income and assets of a surviving spouse or parents of a minor child. Applicants may be a family member or friend of a resident of Anoka County who has died, in addition to:
- Income must be less than 150% of Federal Poverty Guideline
- Reviews to see if there is life or burial insurance, or payments available through RSDI or VA
