- Sliding Scale/Reduced Fee: (Apple Tree Dental calls it the affordable plan) available for non-covered services and for uninsured patients - Eligibility is based on income and the number of people in the family - Older adults ages 65 and older without insurance coverage automatically receive a 5% discount, but may qualify for up to 20% by applying for the Affordable Plan

- Bleaching - Bridges - Crowns - Denture relines and repairs - Dentures - Exams and cleanings - Extractions - Fillings - Implants (only at Mounds View location) - IV sedation services (only at Mounds View and Rochester locations) - Preventive dentistry - Root Canals: Not all providers provide this. Some very complex procedures and re-treatments needs to be referred to an endodontic specialist outside of Apple Tree Dental.
