Assists agricultural workers with employment-related legal issues and improves the working and living conditions of agricultural workers. Cases that are generally accepted:- Employer-provided housing concerns- Employment discrimination and retaliation- H-2A contract violations- Labor trafficking- Limited public benefits assistance- Problems during the recruitment process- Wage theft- Workplace health and safety violations
