  • Single-parent families experiencing homelessness- Parents must be 18 years old or older- Serves residents of Ramsey County- Must be able to sign a lease with the landlord and have income for landlord approval with Theresa Living Centers subsidy

Application process

  • Call United Way 211 for a pre-screen to access the Ramsey County Coordinated Access to Housing and Shelter (CAHS). The pre-screen is provided by United Way 211 and is available 24 hours/7 days a week by dialing 211 or (651)291-0211.- Information will then be forwarded to the Family Housing Assessment team, who will meet with the families for a more detailed assessment. All openings are handled through this process.

Provides a scattered-site rapid re-housing program offering case management and rental assistance to 10 low-income, single-parent families with children of any age, residing in their own apartments within Ramsey County, including Saint Paul. Services are provided for up to two years.
