Interpretation services
Interpreters are available for in-person assessments with advance notice. Metro Mobility uses language line with access to multiple languages during phone calls with non-English speaking individuals.
Application process
- Call, email or visit website to request a Metro Mobility certification application. Certification process can take up to 21 days after the receipt of the completed application. If there is a question concerning an applicant's qualification, a skills assessment will be required at Metro Mobility's offices. Service can begin the day after the client has been certified. - Certified riders should call the designated phone number in their service area to schedule rides up to 4 days in advance.
Fees
Payment made at time of boarding the bus. Advanced fare tickets available online. - $4.50 one-way peak hours (Monday - Friday 6 am - 9 am and 3 pm - 6:30 pm) - $3.50 one-way non-peak hours (Monday - Friday 9 am - 3 pm, 6:30 pm - 6 am, and all-day Saturday, Sunday and holiday). Holidays all day: $3.50 - Downtown Fare Zone: $1 fee. Trips that are over 15 miles in length and fall outside of the federally mandated ADA service area are subject to an additional $0.75 surcharge.
