Call United Way 211 for a pre-screen to access the Ramsey County Coordinated Access to Housing and Shelter (CAHS). Pre-screens are provided by United Way 211 and are available 24 hours/7 days a week by dialing 211 or (651)291-0211.
- Housing cost is subsidized by Project-based Section 8, therefore, tenants are responsible for monthly rental payments equivalent to 30 percent of their monthly income. Remaining rental payments are made by St. Paul PHA. - The first month's rent and security deposit (equivalent to the first month's rent) are due upon move-in. This can be paid by a third party on behalf of the tenant.
