Parents who are residents of Lincoln, Lyon, Murray, Pipestone, Redwood, and Rock counties

Application/registration form birth certificate driver's license permanent resident card picture ID proof of citizenship/passport

Description

Program follows children ages birth - 36 months by asking parents fill out questionnaires about their child. Some children need special assistance to be healthy and learn skills such as sitting, walking, or talking. Provides opportunities for education about age-appropriate child health and development, empowering parents to compare their child's development to that of other children in his/her age group.
