Application process
Call to be screened for eligibility; exceptions and requirements may include the following:- Youth age 15 or younger may need to travel with an approved adult. If required, a free ticket is also provided for the accompanying adult.- Conference Call: A conference call between the youth and the person they are returning to is required.- Documentation: Proof of age (e.g., ID, birth certificate) and identity of the person the youth is returning to is required. Additional documentation may be needed based on the situation.- Living Arrangement: Youth must be returning to a parent, legal guardian, approved caregiver, shelter, or transitional living program.
