Provides educational and support services for young children with identified needs through a cooperative venture between Goodhue County Human Services and Red Wing Public Schools. Early childhood teachers conduct developmental screenings and help families explore appropriate program options.Services may include:- Assistance for families in accessing other programs- Early childhood home visits- Parent/child classes- Play groups- Preschool programs- Speech/language services
