For individuals who desire a social and leisure-based alternative to traditional day programs. Staff tailor a program to meet the individual's physical, social, and emotional needs.Individualized supports include:- Behavior support- Community integration- Health care and medication administration- Lunch and snacks- Personal care assistance- Recreation and leisure activitiesTransportation to and from the facility is available if needed for individuals residing within a 35-mile (round trip) radius of the facility.
