Individuals who are considered refugees, who have been in Nicollet County 8 months or less who meet income, household makeup, and circumstantial eligibility requirements

Description

Provides temporary financial assistance for refugees and eligible entrants while they are in the process of resettling in the United States. Other services may include resettlement and placement, obtain medical assistance, employment, and social services. NOTE: Able-bodied RCA recipients are required to participate in an employment and training program. RCA recipients who are disabled or 65 years of age or older are required to apply for SSI.
