Cultivates a collaborative community that supports, values, and empowers youth by:- Advancing collaboration, alignment, and shared outcomes among organizations serving youth and families- Convening and coordinating community partners that provide afterschool and summer enrichment programs for youth- Supporting youth leadership, advocacy, and civic engagement initiatives, including the Youth on Boards program- Strengthening access to academic support, mentoring, and enrichment services through partnerships with schools and community-based programs- Serving as a connector and clearinghouse for local youth development efforts and resources
