Program offers: - Aftercare and continuing care: Support and counseling to maintain recovery after primary treatment; clients who completed primary care elsewhere may enroll in this portion - Customized scheduling: Programs can be adjusted to fit client needs - Chemical use evaluations: Assessments to guide treatment planning - Primary and residential care: Structured treatment for adults with substance use disorders - Relapse support: Programs to address relapse risk, followed by aftercare/continuing care
