Provides mental health screening, intake, and case management for children and families. Services include assessing mental health needs, developing individualized support plans, coordinating with schools and community partners, and referring families to appropriate mental health services. NOTE: Canvas Health provides crisis response and intervention services through Mobile Crisis Response.
