Section 8 Home Ownership - Available to eligible Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) participants - Allows the voucher subsidy to be applied toward monthly mortgage payments instead of rent - Participants must meet program requirements, including income, employment, and home-inspection standards First-Time Homebuyer Program - Eligible if you have not owned a home within the last three (3) years - Must meet income guidelines - Minimum required credit score: 640 - Offers loans to qualifying first-time homebuyers Homes and Lots for Sale - Availability, locations, and income requirements vary by project - Occasionally, partners with local communities on housing development projects where lots or homes may become available for purchase
