Section 8 Home Ownership- Available to eligible Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) participants- Allows the voucher subsidy to be applied toward monthly mortgage payments instead of rent- Participants must meet program requirements, including income, employment, and home-inspection standardsFirst-Time Homebuyer Program- Eligible if you have not owned a home within the last three (3) years- Must meet income guidelines- Minimum required credit score: 640- Offers loans to qualifying first-time homebuyersHomes and Lots for Sale- Availability, locations, and income requirements vary by project- Occasionally, partners with local communities on housing development projects where lots or homes may become available for purchase
