Offers a variety of indoor aquatic programs including: - Aqua Fit - Aqua Zumba - Family swim times - Lap swimming - Open swim times - Swimming lessons for infants through older adults (group and individual lessons at all skill levels offered) - Water Volleyball - Youth swim team The YMCA hosts American Red Cross safety certification classes including CPR, Lifeguard, Water Safety Instructor, and BLS.
