Offers a variety of indoor aquatic programs including:- Aqua Fit- Aqua Zumba- Family swim times- Lap swimming- Open swim times- Swimming lessons for infants through older adults (group and individual lessons at all skill levels offered)- Water Volleyball- Youth swim teamThe YMCA hosts American Red Cross safety certification classes including CPR, Lifeguard, Water Safety Instructor, and BLS.
