Description

With funding provided by the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency, United Community Action Partnership (UCAP) purchases homes to be rehabilitated and sold to qualifying buyers: - Buyer makes monthly payments equal to 25% of their annual household's gross income - Buyer purchases the home on a Contract for Deed with a 0% interest rate
