- Provides adult and adolescent out-patient treatment for chemical dependency - Extended after care and case management for alcohol recovery - Support groups - Individual support - Provides treatment for Beltrami, Clearwater, Hubbard, Cass and Lake Of The Woods Counties - Funding assistance for chemical dependency may be available through County contracts - Conducts Consolidated Funding assessments for Beltrami County - Provides treatment in both offices in Bemidji and Park Rapids
