Offers recreational, educational, and social programs for older adults. Activities include: bingo, bus trips, exercises, health and wellness programs, educational programs, water exercise class, crafts, painting, yoga, and tai chi.Free health services by appointment through Bridges Health with nursing/social work/athletic training students includes foot exam, nail trim, massage, health screening, and socialization. Services provided at Sobieski Lodge: 965 East 7th Street, Winona on selected Sundays. The Center welcomes volunteers to help with committee membership, program assistance, and computer tutoring.
