Distributes a 5-day supply of food one time per month; may request a second visit to be approved. Stocked with non-perishable items that meet specific medical diet requirements.In addition to food, this program can provide:- Guidance regarding existing programs that address medical needs- Advocacy throughout the application process for programs that address medical needs- Nutrition education- Food preparation instruction- Referrals to other agencies that can provide support
