Street outreach offers a range of services to youth experiencing homelessness, couch hopping, or who are at risk of homelessness. Services include: - Basic needs - Community resources - Education - Referrals - Supplies to youth who are homeless or are at risk of homelessness Street Outreach worker meets with youth at the following locations: - Bus stations - Emergency services - Libraries - Other public locations within the greater Saint Cloud area - Parks - Place of Hope - Salvation Army - Schools
