Provides learning opportunities for adults, ages 16 and above, who are not enrolled in school and who lack the basic skills to read, write and speak English, compute and solve problems necessary to function on the job and in society Services include: - Adult diploma - Basic skills - Computer literacy - English as a Second Language - Family literacy - GED - Reading tutors and English as a Second Language tutors - Workforce education programs
