Program Fees

  • Sliding Scale/Reduced Fee
Provides basic in-home support services to Anoka County residents age 60 and older, helping them remain safe and independent in their homes. NOTE: Some areas may have waiting lists, depending on the availability of contractors and the type of service requested. Priority is given to low-income households. Services offered include the following:Minor Home Repairs- Changing light bulbs- Checking smoke and carbon monoxide detectors- Fixing/replacing faucets and light fixtures- Hanging mirrors or wall décorRoutine Housekeeping- Changing bed linens- Cleaning bathrooms- Cleaning kitchen- Dusting- Sweeping, mopping, or vacuuming floorsSeasonal Chores- Mowing- Raking- Snow removalServices are completed by screened independent contractors and community volunteers.?
