Provides various programs that assist law enforcement with crime prevention. Programs include: - Neighborhood Watch: Participants' duties include arranging for a home security survey, practicing operation inventory, exchanging identification with neighbors, and reporting crimes and suspicious activity to police - Personal Safety: Programs include precautions to take while walking or driving a car, and various other topics of concern
