Direct Access allows an individual to go directly to a provider they choose to receive a comprehensive assessment and access care immediately. - Assessment and referrals for persons in need of chemical dependency treatment services - Provides authorization for funding of treatment for eligible persons who don't have insurance coverage and have significant income limitations
