Provides and maintains: - Public Water Accesses - Public Trails (ie Ski and Snowmobile Trails) - Bass Lake Park Campground on Highway #1, 11 miles east of Effie - Gunn Park, located 3.5 miles N of Grand Rapids on Highway 38.
