- Call - Monday - Friday: Call Hennepin Shelter Hotline 8 am - 10 pm; call 211 afterhours - Saturday - Sunday and the following holidays, New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Indigenous People's Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day: Call Hennepin Shelter Hotline 1 pm - 9 pm; call Adult Shelter Connect 9 pm - 10 pm; call 211 afterhours - Adult Shelter Connect Walk-in: 11 am - 2 pm Mondays only at 160 Glenwood Avenue, Minneapolis

A centralized point of entry for single adults seeking emergency shelter. At the center, persons can: - Talk with a Diversion Specialist about housing needs - Obtain a new Community Card for all shelters in the system - Reserve a bed at one of the participating shelters
