Provides intensive supervision and care in a barrier-free setting to persons with developmental disabilities and accompanying disabilities with medically fragile conditions.Individualized and team-directed supports may include:- Money management- Medication administration- Activities of daily living- Equipment careStaff proactively work with issues of:- Behavioral intervention and education- Physical disabilities- Health promotion and maintenance- Speech and language development- Deafness and blindness- Aging and retirement- Community integrationNursing services are provided on-site to support those with medically fragile conditions including (but not limited to) tracheotomy, NG tubes, and catheters.
