Application Process
Court Administration provides case management for all court cases processed in Sherburne County District Court. Provides the court services for the following: - Child support - Conciliation court (small claims court) - Criminal court - Court records - Domestic abuse (orders for protection) - Family court - Harassment restraining orders - Judgments - Juvenile court - Landlord/tenant (eviction process) - Name changes - Probate/mental health court - Subpoena - Traffic violations Also collects all court fees and fines, schedules court hearings, keeps court records, and manages jury qualification and selection.
