Designed to assist low-income families, older adults, and individuals living with a disability with their monthly rent payments. Provides for a rent subsidy to be paid to the owner of a rental unit on behalf of the eligible applicant. Those eligible will pay approximately 30% of its monthly income for rent, and Todd County Housing and Redevelopment Authority will make up the difference to the approved payment standard. Rent is to include maintenance and utility services.NOTE: Provides 25 Housing Choice Vouchers for Non-Elderly Disabled persons. Currently a waiting list for vouchers.
