Homebuyer Counseling: Provides free, HUD Housing Counselors to help clients understand how to be responsible homeowners, determine homebuyer readiness by reviewing finances, checking credit reports, and creating a budget Home Stretch Workshops: Provides certified instructor led workshops that guide potential homebuyers to help determine readiness, make a plan to get there, and prepare for homeownership
