- Victims and survivors, over the age of 12, of rape, incest, sexual harassment, child sexual abuse, pornography related abuse, prostitution, sexual exploitation by professionals, and acquaintance and partner rape - Primarily serves residents of Carver, Hennepin and Scott counties
