All intakes are referred by SMAC Coordinated Entry. In Ramsey County, prescreening for Ramsey County Coordinated Access is available 24 hours/day through United Way 211 by dialing 211 or (651)291-0211. In Washington County, families should call Saint Andrew's Community Resource Center at (651)762-9124.
Clients receive monthly rental assistance (amount varies by unit size and time in program) for up to 36 months; the balance of rent is paid by client.

Provides scattered-site, long-term housing in suburban Ramsey and Washington counites. Families receive short- to medium-term rental assistance and access to sustainability services such as case management, life skills training, and advocacy.
