Provides nutrition education and special foods which promote good health for pregnant, breastfeeding, and post-partum women with infants and/or children ages birth - 5.WIC provides the following services:- Health assessment and screening- Nutrition education- Referral to other community servicesA WIC card is given to participants to purchase nutritious foods such as cereal, cheese, eggs, infant formula, fruits and vegetables, milk, and peanut butter
