Program Fees
- Member Services: Customer service for members who have a HealthPartners plan. Members should call the number on the back of their member ID card or call. - Behavioral Health Navigators: An assistance line that is staffed with professionals who can help answer questions and guide members through the behavioral health network, benefits and services. - CareLine: An assistance line that is staffed with registered nurses available 24/7, 365 days a year, who can answer questions regarding medicines, home treatment options or whether an appointment is needed with a doctor. - BabyLine: An assistance line that is staffed with Ob/Gyn nurses available 24/7, 365 days a year, with a focus on expectant and new parents, up to six weeks after delivery. - Car Seat Safety Program: Learn how to use a car seat the right way and receive a convertible car seat or booster seat. Members ages eight and younger or women who are at least six months pregnant are eligible. Call Member Services to find a car seat education provider. - Nurse Navigator Program: An assistance line that is staffed with professionals who can help answer questions regarding understanding health care and benefits and how to choose a treatment option.
