Eligibility

  • Older adults ages 55 and over. Some sites are for older adults 62 and older- Primarily serves residents of Anoka, Carver, Chisago, Dakota, Hennepin, Le Sueur, Ramsey, Scott, and Washington counties

Application process

  • Call email; visit website; walk in- Supportive Housing: A referral is required through the Coordinated Entry process. This process is open to individuals who are staying in an emergency shelter or working with a street outreach team and sleeping outdoors (camp, car, transit, etc). Individuals currently staying with friends or family, or who are in treatment, will not be able to access Coordinated Entry.

Primarily offers market-rate apartments, with some HUD Section 8 residences available. Older adult apartment communities are located throughout Minnesota.
