Provides home improvement loans such as:- Rehabilitation Loan Program (RLP) to help low-income households address health and safety improvements. Funds are used for basic home improvements that directly affect the home's safety, habitability, or energy efficiency to homeowners. No monthly payments but there is a lien on the home where the homeowner must remain in the home for 15 years to be forgiven.- Emergency and Accessibility Loan Program (ELP) addresses home improvements or essential accessibility improvements. No monthly payments but there is a lien on the home where the homeowner must remain in the home for 15 years to be forgiven.- Fix-up loan with low-interest to fix basic and necessary home improvements that qualify such as electrical wiring, plumbing repairs, well or septic repair/replacement, windows, siding, or other basic improvements that affect the safety or energy efficiency of the home. The loan maximum amount is $75,000.
