Description

Provides financial education and housing services to support economic stability, wealth-building, and homeownership in the African American community. Services include: - Financial Wellness: Programs focused on budgeting, debt reduction, credit building, and long-term financial planning - Homebuyer Education - "Realizing the American Dream": Provides a nationally recognized curriculum covering readiness, budgeting, credit, mortgages, home search, closing, and post-purchase responsibilities - Prepurchase Counseling: One-on-one counseling to guide participants through mortgage options, budgeting, and the homebuying process for informed, sustainable homeownership
