Provides services to reduce the harm of drug use and prevent HIV and viral Hepatitis infections, including:- Drug overdose prevention training and education- Fentanyl testing strips at no cost- HIV prevention education- Naloxone kit distribution, training and education- Rapid HIV and Hepatitis C testing- Referral to health care services- Sharps containers and safe disposal of needles- Sterile syringes at no cost
