Provides services to reduce the harm of drug use and prevent HIV and viral Hepatitis infections, including: - Drug overdose prevention training and education - Fentanyl testing strips at no cost - HIV prevention education - Naloxone kit distribution, training and education - Rapid HIV and Hepatitis C testing - Referral to health care services - Sharps containers and safe disposal of needles - Sterile syringes at no cost
