- Individuals who experience both substance abuse issues and mental health problems (however, a mental illness is not required to be eligible) - Residents of Anoka, Chisago, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Sibley, and Washington counties

- Educational activities to learn skills and address topics of interest - Drop-in center where adults can connect with others - Healing and health promotion that includes music, mindfulness, relaxation and movement - Resource information and help getting benefits - Snacks and coffee - Support including help for families, groups and recovery coaching
