Individualized employment services and support for people with disabilities include: - Day program for adults with developmental disabilities - Employment exploration services: Help to explore work and introduce employment options. This service helps people to make an informed choice about working in competitive, integrated employment. - Employment development services: Help to plan for competitive employment, including identifying goals and discovering strengths. May help in finding employment if Vocational Rehabilitation Services is not available. - Employment support services: Help to maintain community employment in an individual or group setting.- Rehabilitation/habilitative service - Exercise Therapy: Provides individualized exercise plans for cardiovascular health, mobility, and dexterity. We also help individuals with physical therapy plans prescribed to individuals by doctors and physical therapists.?? - Habilitation Services: Provides individualized training/support in skills needed for day-to-day living and community integration. - Life Enrichment Services: Provides a space for service recipients to participate in activities they enjoy doing that make their lives better. - Vocational Services: Provides on-site paid opportunities with various jobs from area businesses. ?
