WRAP is a self-designed prevention and wellness process that is used to recover from health, mental, and life issues. Program uses evidence-based programs and practices. It can be modified to use with teams, family members, and youth. WRAP helps to: - Develop a daily routine that promotes wellness - Develop action plans for response to triggers - Identify upsetting events, early warning signs of issues, etc.
