Eligibility

Minneapolis residents who meet current income guidelines: https://www.minneapolisparks.org/activities-events/rec-plus-and-preschool-fee-assistance/

Required documents

Proof of Minneapolis residency and: - A copy of the two most recent pay stubs of all income earners in the household with Social Security numbers blocked out - A copy of previous year's federal tax returns with Social Security numbers blocked out. If there is no income and income taxes are not filed, attach a brief note explaining that there is no income

- Visit a Minneapolis Recreation Center to speak with someone about fee assistance - Complete a Fee Assistance Program Application available at any MPRB facility or online (available in Hmong, Somali, and Spanish): https://www.minneapolisparks.org/activities-events/rec-plus-and-preschool-fee-assistance/ - Return your completed application to the location where the program is offered

Provides financial assistance to Minneapolis residents for program and activity fees. Financial assistance is based on income guidelines and can be used anytime for the calendar year applied for.
