Individuals who are experiencing financial trouble in Benton, Douglas, Grant, Isanti, Kanabec, Mille Lacs, Morrison, Otter Tail, Pope, Sherburne, Stearns, Stevens, Todd, Traverse, Wadena, or Wilkin counties

Fees

- Call for fee details, sliding scale fee where no one is turned away for inability to pay - Reverse mortgage counseling: $100 paid at the time of counseling or the fee can be financed through the Reverse Mortgage loan
